My husband bought me a beautiful cocktail ring from Judith and it cost $272 and change. Sweet of him. I found out a few weeks ago that the ring went on clearance and went down in price $86 and change. Unfortunately he bought it in early October for my birthday. I called today customer service and asked if they would give a price adjustment they said they would not. Too long ago. Too bad it was lovely. Returning it because of this. I don't understand it says in FAQS anything bought sept 22 to dec something (can't remember exact date just now) can be returned until jan 31st 2014. Then why can't I get a price adjustment? Ugh
