I was extremely upset today when I arrived home only to discover that the package I was expecting had obviously been tampered with. The seal was loose and the box, which should have contained my 36 " JR rhodolite chain was empty. I called customer service and they offered to send a replacement. No thank you, just give me the credit on my card. By the way, this expensive item (over $500) was supposed to be signed for, and I was told when I ordered it by phone that is would be delivered by UPS.

Was able to purchase the emerald cut 2 ct Swiss blue topaz ring, and it is reasonably priced. Was surprised. Won't be around for any of the shows so happy I was able to order now.

JR Faceted Turquoise Earring & Enhancer Question
Ladies,
For those of you who bought this earring and the matching pendant does the color of the earrings match the enhancer ...are they the same shade of blue?
I bought both and while they are stunning the earrings are sleepy beauty blue and the enhancer has a greeniish look. I love them individually but I like my earrings and enhancer to match.
I am debating exchanging the earrings.....

I am a rose gold convert.
Purchased my first JR rose gold pieces last visit and I'm in love. In fact, I love the rose gold more than the yellow. I got the TSV earrings from a few visits back, the chrono watch, the 36" diamonique by the yard necklace, and the faux leather cuff. I'm all set. It's a really pretty color.

I think that the doors are going to be blown off............

Aha, Beth just read my mind about the fragile nature of opals. I once cracked an opal stone. Does that ring strike anyone's fancy? There is also a cuff bracelet on Jane's wrist I believe. Doesn't Beth do a fabulous job of describing the jewelry?

Need help finding a JR necklace...
I am not a newbie to the JR line of jewelry, however up until last month, I have only bought 1 piece of her jewelry...a pave TSV ring from about 8 yrs ago. Last week I ordered the sun enhancer charm (J268096)...just got it...LOVE!!! I almost didn't because of several "not so great" reviews...so glad I still got it on clearance!
I thought I could put the charm on a few of my sterling silver necklaces I have (not JR...just simple plain necklaces...not "Ripkarized") so I didn't have to buy a necklace too...nope...the sun enhancer just doesn't look good on them.
So, I caved and got the JR necklace (J273046) on clearance. Don't get me wrong...it's a lovely necklace, just wasn't prepared to spend more $$$ on jewelry right now.
I was REALLY hoping to find the necklace Suzanne is wearing in the video for the sun enhancer (J268096)...but couldn't find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would rather have that necklace than the one I ordered...TIA :)
